6 people were killed on October 27, 2013, at the Patna railway station and the Gandhi Maidan during Modi's rally.
The party has directed all district headquarters to observe the day as the Anti-Terrorism Day, said state president Mangal Pandey.
“The party will pay homage to the 6 martyrs, and honour all those who sustained injuries in the blasts,” Pandey said.
“BJP has decided to install statues of those killed in their villages as a small gesture to their bravery,” Pandey added.
