A parcel bomb, the third in three days, exploded in South Wales, Britain, on Wednesday, injuring a woman.

The bomb went off at the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency in Swansea, South Wales.

The explosions come in the wake of the Al Qaeda's local cell asking its followers to carry out a wave of beheadings in Britain.

Further details are awaited.
