An "active member" of Pakistan's Inter State Intelligence, who was living in India for the last five years, was arrested in Ludhiana on Thursday, the police said.
The Pakistani national identified himself as Nizam Bakash, hailing from Multan, during the preliminary investigations, Police Commissioner Ishwar Singh said.
He has been living in India for the last five years under the name of Sandeep Singh and is an active member of the Pak intelligence agency ISI, he added.
