A Pakistan army regular who sneaked into India in Kupwara was today handed over to the authorities in his country.
Sarfaraz Ahmed, an infantry man from the Mujahideen brigade, was arrested by Indian Army personnel in north Kashmir's Kupwara district near Neel border post on Tuesday, official sources said.
