Pakistan arrests 5 Indian fishermen near Kutch

The Pakistan Marine Security Agency (PMSA) has arrested five fishermen and seized one fishing boat from the international waters near Jakhau of Kutch district, secretary of national fish forum claimed on Wednesday.
"Two boats belonging to Gujarati fishermen were intercepted by the PMSA on Tuesday night. The agency has arrested all four members onboard one of the ships 'Harsiddhi' and also detained one of the crews of second
boat 'Rajeshwari'," Manish Lodhari, secretary of the National Fish Forum said. Five fishermen -- Maya Bachu Bamniya, Barad Ramesh Bhima, Barai Bachu Babu, Ghadiya Bharat, Nanu Devshi Bamniya,were held by the PMSA, he claimed.
The other boat was, however, allowed to return to India with four fisherman who were either old or minor, Lodhari said. According to Lodhari, the four fishermen safely came back home and informed them about the incident.
