Opposition Bharatiya Janata Party on Friday demanded immediate tabling of the report of Shunglu Committee that probed alleged irregularities in the conduct of Commonwealth Games and walked out from the Lok Sabha protesting the government's response.
Raising the matter as soon as the House met for the day, senior BJP leader L K Advani said there have been media reports that the Shunglu Committee had submitted its report to the government.
The government should table the report in Parliament on Friday itself and if possible, have a discussion on it, he said.
Advani said at the beginning of the session three issues related to corruption were raised -- 2G spectrum allocation, conduct of Commonwealth Games and the Adarsh Housing scam.
