The Supreme Court on Friday dismissed a petition seeking extension of the term of Justice M K Mukherjee Commission probing into the disappearance of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose in 1945.
The court said the central government may decide whether to extend the term of the commission beyond May 13, 2005.
