Three naxals were killed and four others injured in an encounter near Geedam in the Dantewada district of Chhattisgarh Monday morning, police sources said.
A woman naxal, who was also injured in the encounter near Nelguda hills, was arrested. Rifles and land mines were seized from the Communist Party of India-Maoist ultras.
