The Central Bureau of Investigation on Thursday filed a chargesheet in a Delhi court against two former Navy officers for allegedly leaking secret information in the navy war room leak case.
Both the accused -- former naval Commander Jarnail Singh Kalra and former navy Captain Salam Singh Rathore -- are presently in judicial custody.
The chargesheet was filed before the court of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Seema Maini.
