The Mumbai police on Monday suggested that the bodies of the nine terrorists killed during the 26/11 attacks may be handed over to Pakistan.
The Crime Branch wrote a letter to the Ministry of Home Affairs in this regard. "We wrote a letter on Monday0 to the government saying that the bodies of nine terrorists may be handed over to Pakistan," Joint Police Commissioner (Crime) Rakesh Maria said. The bodies have been lying at the mortuary of J J Hospital in south Mumbai since November.
This is the third letter written by the crime branch to the government in this regard.
