Six months after the Mumbai terror strikes, a high-level committee which probed the audacious attacks submitted its report to the Maharashtra government on Wednesday.
The committee comprised retired Indian Administrative Service officer R G Pradhan and former Research and Analysis Wing deputy chief V Balachandran.
The panel reviewed the performance of the state intelligence machinery over its apparent failure to report terror activities, sources said.
