The Dubai police on Thursday released 11 of the 15 members of the Dawood Ibrahim gang that it had detained earlier this week.
Among those released were Dawood's brothers Noorul Haq alias Noora and Mustaqim and Mohammod Dossa and Ejaz Pathan, accused in the 1993 Mumbai blasts case.
Aftab Batki, Salim Chiplun, Salim Talwar and Tariq Parveen were not freed.
