Mulayam's visit to Rashtrapati Bhavan creates flutter

Samajwadi Party supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav's visit to Rashtrapathi Bhavan to attend musician Subha Mudgal's musical concert with President Pranab Mukherjee on Saturday has created a flutter in Delhi political circles.

Moreover, the timing was such that Mulayam getting inside Rashtrapathi Bhavan coincided with the prime minister's entourage coming out also added up to the super-charged political speculative atmosphere.

The visit created a political flutter-flurry of activities, especially for Hindi TV channels. The invitees to the concert apart from 'Netaji' were Law Minister Salman Khurdshid

Union Minister and Congress leader Rajiv Shukla and Principal Secretary to the prime minister Pulok Chatterjee.

Arrival of Prime Minister Dr Manmohan SIngh inside the President House was relegated to second slot, as a host of Hindi news channels focused on Mulayam's visit to the Presidential Estate.
