A Public Interest Litigation seeking registration of a first information report against former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee and Jaswant Singh was filed in the Delhi high court on Saturday for allegedly "concealing information" about claims of a mole in the Prime Minister's Office during Narasimha Rao's tenure.
The petition, filed by non resident Indian Danish Ghafoor, also sought an inquiry either by the Central Bureau of Information or any other investigating agency to identify the alleged mole and prosecute him.
