The law minister was replying to a question on BSP's support for United Progressive Alliance's Presidential nominee.
On whether the order pointed towards misuse of the CBI by the government, he said, "That is for the Supreme Court to decide. We only go by its decision."
Terming the apex order as the "last word on law", he said the decision by it has to be accepted by everyone. "This is a judgment of the highest court, what more one can say. One can only say that it is the judgment of the highest court that applies to everybody," Khurshid said.
He said the government will look into the order for further details.
"The decision has to be accepted, there cannot be any decision bigger than that of the Supreme Court. If any order or suggestions has been given to us then we will consider it. Any action required on that, we will take it," he said
