He was addressing a gathering in Waluj area in Aurangabad as part of `Shivsamwad' campaign ahead of the assembly elections.
Now that assembly elections are going to be held in a few months, agents of the Congress-NCP will come to the door steps of the voters and offer them loans, he said.
Slamming the government he said, "The people in the state are facing the problems of water, electricity, fertilisers and better price for the agricultural product, and the rulers are throwing (financial) packages at the voters."
"On one side, farmers are not getting good price for their products and on the other side the prices of pulses, rice, sugar, jaggery have reached new heights," Thackeray added.
Thackeray said essential commodities and electricity are not available but liquor is found in abundance in the state.
At another rally, Thackeray said while Ajmal Kasab and Afzal Guru are being provided with facilities in jail, accused like Sadhvi Pragya Singh and Col P S Purohit have been branded as terrorists.
