The Bahujan Samaj Party on Wednesday announced a list of 288 candidates for the October 13 assembly polls in Maharashtra.
Ramachal Rajbhar, BSP national secretary in charge of Maharashtra, announced the list.
Asked about the delay in announcing the list, he said, "It is justified for us to make the announcement late as we are contesting all the 288 seats."
Rajbhar said party chief Mayawati would campaign from October 2 to 9.
