"I am somewhat disappointed with the performance of AAP in Delhi. I had expected the party to do fairly well. But we have got more votes. In the assembly election we had got over 30 per cent votes while in the Lok Sabha (polls) we got more than 33 per cent," he said.
Early trends indicated that party was in second position in all seven seats in Delhi.
Bhushan, however, credited the BJP's "impressive" victory to "propaganda blitzkrieg and advertisements".
"It shows that the propaganda blitzkrieg and advertisements have clearly worked for BJP," he added.
