Unhappy over his daughter's love affair, a man allegedly shot her dead in broad daylight in a north-west Delhi on Friday.
The girl's father Rao Bhim Singh has been arrested.
Singh shot at his daughter Neeru, in her twenties, and her boyfriend outside a popular multiplex in Rohini area, police sources said, adding that while Neeru succumbed to gunshot wounds in hospital, her boyfriend was in a critical condition.
Singh did not approve of Neeru's love affair and had told her to stay away from her boyfriend.
