Indian salesman turns millionaire

An Indian salesman has become a millionaire after drawing the winning ticket at a promotional raffle in Abu Dhabi.

Puloossan Gattil Mohamed Ali bagged the top prize at the Abu Dhabi Duty-Free promotional raffle draw last week.

Ali, a resident of Abu Dhabi for the past 23 years, is a salesman at an electrical shop at Beda Zayed, a report in 'Khaleej Times' said on Wednesday.

Another Indian citizen, F X Rebello, won 20,000 dirhams (around Rs 2.4 lakh) at the same raffle draw.
