Yawn, it happens in China too

Wen opened the session in front of nearly 3,000 delegates with a call for more sustainable economic growth and delivered an annual work report that focused on fine-tuning China's economy, which is roaring ahead but at huge environmental and social costs as controversy flared again over the nation's fast-rising military budget.
