Sharif's family moves Supreme Court
Sharif has been deported to Saudi Arabia.
The appeal by Sharif's Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz party sets up a fresh confrontation between the court and President Pervez Musharraf, who tried and failed to sack the court's chief justice earlier this year.
