Who is the President of India?

Pardon us for asking the question, but the official government website of the Press Information Bureau (www.pib.nic.in) still has the bio-data and photograph of Avul Pakir Jainulabdeen Abdul Kalam under the heading Profile: President of India even on Monday morning.

It is five days since the new President Pratibha Patil assumed office on July 25.

However, when one clicks the website of President of India (www.presidentofindia.nic.in), the following information is hosted: "The official website of the President of India is under renovation."

However, a link is provided to view the Assumption Address by Patil in the Central Hall of Parliament.
