The exercise, dubbed Operation Shatrujeet, gave the forces an opportunity to train in a semi-urban terrain.
Around 160 personnel from the US armed forces, Punjab Regiment Centre and Maratha Light Infantry Regiment Centre participated.
Both the sides exchanged views on several prominent issues, including counter-terrorism.
