The Special Lokayukta court in Bengaluru summoned former Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa even as it rejected a B report and ordered a further probe against V Somanna, the former CM's closest aide.

Yeddyurappa, who is facing corruption charges will have to be present before the Lokayukta court on April 30. Meanwhile the Lokayukta police had filed a B report in the Bharatiya Janata Party, member of Legislative Assembly, V Somanna case.

The court however rejected the B report and ordered a further probe into the land encroachment case.

Meanwhile Yeddyurappa will have to wait a while more before he could claim the chief minister's post once again. The Supreme Court which is hearing a petition seeking a Central Bureau of Investigation probe against Yeddyurappa has adjourned hearing on the matter to next week when the Central Empowerment Committee will file its report on whether the CBI should probe the illegal mining case against the former CM.
