The Jammu and Kashmir police on Monday arrested a Lashkar-e-Tayiba operative in Budgam district of central Kashmir, a police spokesman said.
Mushtaq Ahmad Dar was arrested with Rs 1 lakh, suspected to be hawala money, from his house in Wathoora, 15 kms from, he said.
The spokesman said the operative was arrested on a tip off and is being questioned.
