Sudhir Sachdeva, owner of the Sachdeva chain of coaching institutes, on Saturday surrendered before a court in Delhi in connection with the leakage of CBSE pre-medical entrance test question papers.
Sachdeva had been absconding ever since the leakage was detected in April, 2004.
