Former Pakistani fast bowler Imran Khan hurled a bouncer at United States President George W Bush for his war on Iraq accusing him of 'lacking leadership'.
Addressing students at England's prestigious Oxford University, Khan also accused British Prime Minister Tony Blair of 'total subservience' towards Bush.
"I think the response to September 11 was wrong. It wasn't properly calculated," said Khan, who led Pakistan to victory in the 1992 cricket World Cup and now leads the country's moderate Tehrik-i-Insaf (Justice Movement).
"There is more terrorism in the world today than there was two years back following the September 11, 2001 attacks on the US," Khan told the Oxford student union.
On Blair, Khan said, "I was surprised at (his) total subservience, I haven't understood what Tony Blair is going to get out of this."
Referring to Britain's history as a colonial power, Khan said, "Britain has much greater experience, they know about freedom struggles, they have experience of empire, the feeling in the rest of the world was that Britain's policy would be more calculated, more mature."
