The Delhi High Court on Tuesday restrained the police from arresting or detaining Bharati Yadav who is scheduled to depose before the trial court on November 25 in the Nitish Katara murder case.
Justice A K Sikri also directed the authorities to provide Bharati all necessary emergency travel documents to facilitate her deposition, which would be conducted on a day to day basis.
