The Karnataka high court on Tuesday granted bail to former Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa, accused in a de-notification case.
Justice Subhash B Adi, who also granted bail to Minister V Somanna, ordered that the accused persons furnish a bond of Rs 2 lakh and a surety of the like sum.
V Somanna was accused of using his office for denotifying land at Kengeri in the outskirts of Bengaluru.
It was also alleged that Yeddyurappa, who was then the CM, had facilitated the same.
