Former President A P J Abdul Kalam is all set to join the Banaras Hindu University as a visiting professor in the faculty of science soon.
Disclosing this in the academic council meeting of the BHU, Vice Chancellor Punjab Singh announced that the former president has given his consent to join BHU as a visiting professor in the science faculty and work on "knowledge system" and "knowledge prudence".
Kalam is yet to announce his schedule for joining the university.
