President A P J Abdul Kalam has condoled the loss of lives in the devastating fire in a fair at a park in Meerut on Monday.
In a message to the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav, President Kalam wished speedy recovery of those who were injured in the tragedy, a Rashtrapati Bhawan spokesman said.
