Deputy Prime Minister Lal Kishenchand Advani on Tuesday said he would hold the second round of talks with the All Party Hurriyat Conference by end of this month.
However, the government's response in the event of the Hurriyat pulling out of the talks over alleged human rights violations in Jammu and Kashmir was not clear.
