At least fifteen terrorists were killed in an encounter in Gurez sector of Baramulla district in Jammu and Kashmir on Monday.
The terrorists were trying to infiltrate into Indian territory on Sunday night, security forces said.
"As per intercepts, the toll is much higher," Lieutenant Colonel Mukhtar Singh said in Srinagar.
