The All-Parties Hurriyat Conference on Wednesday gave a call for a Jammu and Kashmir bandh on Republic Day.
It also asked the people of the state to observe January 26 as a 'black day'.
Without resolving the Kashmir issue, peace cannot be guaranteed in the world, the amalgam said in a statement in Srinagar.
