J&K: Man killed in firing in curfew-hit Sopore

One person was killed when security forces fired a rubber bullet to quell violence in the curfew-bound north Kashmir town of Sopore on Sunday evening.

The police said Bilal Ahmed Wani succumbed to his critical injuries while he was being shifted to hospital.

High tension has gripped Sopore where the curfew continued for the second day running without any relaxation on Sunday.
