Socialite Bina Ramani, an accused in a cheating-cum-forgery case and a key witness in the Jessica Lall murder case, was granted bail by a Delhi court on Friday.
Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Kamini Lau enlarged Ramani on bail on furnishing a local surety and a personal bond of Rs 2 lakh.
The ACMM also asked her to surrender the passport and to report to the Investigating Officer of the case on the first Saturday of every month.
During the arguments, the prosecution informed the court that she has also been made an accused for destroying evidence in the Jessica Lall murder case, which was registered on March 6 this year.
