Tamil Nadu Chief MinisterJ Jayalalitha, who is scheduled to meet Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh on Tuesday in New Delhi, will give him a memorandum to focus on the Sri Lankan Tamils issue.
She is also likely to demand an immediate stop to Union Ministry of Shipping G K Vasan's initiative to launch passenger ferry between India and Sri Lanka, which began on Monday at Tuticorin.
