Shahi Imam of Delhi's historic Jama Masjid on Friday gave an undertaking before the High Court that there would not be any further unauthorised construction inside the Moghul monument.
A Bench headed by Acting Chief Justice Vijender Jain, however, said that it would decide the fate of the existing unauthorised structure in the precincts of the shrine on the next date of hearing on November 17.
