Three American soldiers and an Iraqi were killed in a bomb blast west of Baghdad on Tuesday, CNN quoted a US military spokesman as saying.
One US soldier and three Iraqis were wounded, he added.
The incident occurred in Khaldiyah, which is between Fallujah and Ramadi, in the volatile Sunni Triangle.
With the blast, 515 US soldiers have been killed since the war began in March.
