Surprised over such rumours, she said, "I was in Uganda holidaying with family when I got to know about this. I was totally away, cut out off from things happening here (India). There was no idea of me joining politics. All I can say is Jay's (Juhi's husband) family has a commendable respect in Porbandar."
Meanwhile, Juhi is looking forward to the release of India's first animated stereoscopic feature film Krishna Aur Kans. The 44-year-old actress has done the voiceover of Krishna's mother Yashoda in the film.
Krishna Aur Kans has been written by Kamlesh Pandey and directed by Vikram Veturi.
