The Karnataka high court on Wednesday adjourned hearing on a petition filed by External Affairs Minister S M Krishna. Justice B V Pinto is likely to take up the matter for hearing on Thursday.
Krishna, against whom an FIR was lodged in connection with an illegal mining case, had moved the high court challenging proceedings against him.
Meanwhile, the lokayukta police who filed FIRs against Krishna and two other former chief ministers of Karnataka, Dharam Singh and H D Kumaraswamy, continued their probe based on the private complaint filed against the trio.
