Twenty labourers who were trapped in a tunnel at the Parvati hydel power project site, 60km from Kullu, Himachal Pradesh, have been rescued, according to reports.
The labourers of Patel Engineering Company, engaged by National Hydroelectric Power Corporation Ltd for the project, were working inside the tunnel when landslides blocked its exit following a cloudburst at around 1200 IST.
