While the country was high on Holi celebrations on Saturday, it was a quiet day for Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. Sources in the PMO said there was no particular reason for the Prime Minister keeping away from the celebrations. Singh had in his Holi greetings said that the festival symbolised the country's spirit of togetherness, harmony and tolerance.
