A special court on Wednesday stayed the execution of non-bailable arrest warrant issued against gutka barons Rasiklal Dhariwal and Jagdish Joshi.
Their lawyer told the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act court that Mumbai High Court had granted stay in proceedings against the duo under MCOCA and in view of this High Court stay, no warrant could be issued against the two.
