Gujarat govt to felicitate Pathan, Parthiv

Gujarat government would felicitate left-arm pacer Irfan Pathan and wicketkeeper Parthiv Patel at a public gathering in Surat on May 1, the state's foundation day.
The duo was part of the victorious Indian team that beat Pakistan in the one-day and Test match series recently.
Chief Minister Narendra Modi would also participate in the function, an official release said in Ahmedabad on Monday.
