Zaheer has makings of top model: Designers

India's strike bowler Zaheer Khan is a natural at ramp-walking and has the makings of a top model, says the designer duo of Shantanu and Nikhil.

Zaheer Khan, Harbhajan Singh, Irfan Pathan and Mohammad Kaif – walked the ramp for the designer duo at the Lakme India Fashion Week.

Nikhil said Zaheer came through as 'a real good ramp-walker'.

"He was focused. Everything, from how he walked to how he wanted his hair to be done. He was a pro at it," he said adding the ace bowler could give the top models a run for their money.

"We did not practice for the show. It was only a simple rehearsal before the show," Zaheer had said after the show on April 29.

Shantanu and Nikhil hoped the experience would lead to a long-term association with the cricketers and that the 'demi-gods' would become their buyers.
