At a meeting presided by the prime minister himself -- taking a well deserved break from hitting the campaign trail to attend to government business -- the education ministry cancelled the Class 10 CBSE exams and postponed the Class 12 CBSE exams.
This decision was taken after COVID-19 cases surged across the country.
