Nisha Bhatia, a dismissed female Research & Analysis Wing officer who was in the news after she tried to self-immolate at the Prime Minister's Office, was re-instated on Tuesday by a Central Administrative Tribunal Bench.
Bhatia's
grievances related to the behaviour of some officers towards her, including the joint secretary under whom she was working, and other senior officers. It is reported that she also had other grievances about being denied another foreign posting.
