The Delhi police intercepted an arms-laden truck in Sadar Bazaar area at 2100 IST, Saturday.
Three men travelling in the truck, which was intercepted following a tip-off, were detained.
In the morning the police had found 21kg of gelatin sticks in an abandoned bag at the New Delhi railway station.
